Privacy policy

This policy covers odyraai.com and the mobile apps published by Odyra AI. Each app also has its own policy describing what that specific app touches, because they differ — those are linked at the bottom of this page and are the ones the app stores check.
The principle
Our apps are built so the model runs on your device. That is a product decision first, but it has a direct privacy consequence: there is usually no server receiving your camera frames, your recordings, or your text, because there is no server in the loop at all.
This website
Analytics
We measure page views using a cookieless analytics service. It records the page visited, the referring site, and a coarse country, and it does not set cookies, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not build a profile across sites. That is why you have not been asked to accept anything.
The launch list
If you give us your email address to be told when an app ships, we store that address for exactly that purpose. We send one message per launch. We do not sell the list, rent it, or share it. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes the address.
Contacting us
When you email us, we keep the message so we can answer it and remember the context if you write again. We do not add you to any list because you got in touch.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. In practice the answer is usually short, because the only thing we typically hold is an email address you gave us. Write to odyraai@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Data we never collect
We do not collect payment details on this website, we do not run advertising, and we do not use third-party trackers. If that changes, this page changes first.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected here with a new date at the top. If a change affects an app you have installed, the app’s own policy changes before the release ships.
