These terms cover your use of odyraai.com and the mobile apps published by Odyra AI. Using either means you accept them.
The apps
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control. You may not resell them, redistribute modified copies, or strip out attribution.
Apps installed from the App Store or Google Play are also subject to that store’s own terms, which sit alongside these.
What our apps are not
Our apps are tools, and several of them touch areas where a wrong answer matters. To be explicit:
- Exam practice and scoring produce estimates based on published criteria. They do not predict, guarantee, or substitute for an official result.
- Hidden camera detection improves your odds. It cannot guarantee a room is clear, and no app can. Do not treat a clean scan as proof of anything.
- Translation output can be wrong. Do not rely on it for contracts, medical instructions, or anything where a mistranslation carries real cost.
Acceptable use
Do not use our apps to break the law, to record or surveil people without their consent where consent is required, or to interfere with networks or devices you do not control.
Your content
Recordings, images, and text you create in our apps are yours. They stay on your device — see the privacy policy. We claim no licence over them because we never receive them.
Availability
We do not promise the website or any app will be available without interruption, and we may change or discontinue features. If we retire an app, we will say so on this site rather than letting it quietly stop working.
Warranties and liability
Our apps and this website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of them. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continuing to use our apps or this site after a change means you accept the new version.
