TinyTunes — Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Odyra AI, and they cover the TinyTunes app. Using the app means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be got past.

What the app does

You give TinyTunes a sentence or a set of lyrics and it produces a short song: a language model writes or checks the words, and a music model performs them. Both run on servers, so the app needs a connection and cannot work offline.

What comes back is generated. It will not always be good, and it will not always be what you had in mind. That is the nature of the thing you are buying, and a song you do not like still counts against your allowance — it cost the same to make as one you love.

Subscriptions

There is no free tier. Every song costs us real money to produce, so making one needs an active subscription, sold through the App Store as an auto-renewing weekly or monthly plan.

• What you get: Ten songs a day, and 70 a week on the weekly plan or 300 a month on the monthly one. The daily limit resets at midnight in your own time zone.
• Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn that off at least 24 hours before it ends. Your Apple Account is charged within 24 hours of the period ending.
• Cancelling: You can cancel at any time in Settings on your device, under your Apple Account, Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep making songs until it expires.
• Refunds: Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are Apple's to give. We cannot issue one ourselves. If Apple refunds you, your access ends when they tell us.
• Unused songs: An allowance does not roll over. Songs you do not make in a day or a period are not added to the next one.

Prices are shown in the app in your own currency before you buy, and are set by Apple's price tiers. If a price changes, Apple tells you and asks you to agree before charging the new one.

What you may not ask it to sing

You are responsible for what you type. Do not use TinyTunes to make songs that harass or threaten a real person, that sexualise anyone under eighteen, that incite violence, or that would be illegal where you are.

A moderation step refuses some of this before anything is made, and refusing costs you nothing — a message that is turned down is not charged. That step is not a promise of perfect judgement in either direction: it will sometimes refuse something harmless, and it is not a licence for anything it happens to let through.

We may stop serving an account that is used this way, and we do not owe a refund for the remainder of a period when we do.

Who owns what

• Your words: Yours. You keep whatever rights you had in the text you type or the lyrics you paste, and we claim none of them. We use them only to make the song you asked for and to run the app.
• Your songs: We claim no ownership of what you make and do not restrict what you do with it. The audio is produced by Mureka, so Mureka's own terms apply to it as well, and those terms are the ones to check before commercial use.
• The app: Ours. The app itself, its name, its artwork and the creature in it stay ours, and nothing here gives you a licence to copy them.

Where your songs live

A finished song downloads to your phone and stays there. We keep no copy of the audio, which means we also cannot get one back for you — if you delete the app, the songs on it go with it.

The link a song is downloaded from expires thirty days after it is made. A song you never opened in that time cannot be fetched afterwards. Its lyrics remain.

Things that go wrong

If a song fails to render, the credit is returned automatically and you are told. If a song renders but you do not like it, the credit is not returned — it was made.

The app depends on services we do not control. If OpenAI or Mureka is down, or Apple's servers cannot confirm your subscription, TinyTunes will not be able to make songs until they recover. We will not charge you a credit for a song we could not start.

The app is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that a particular song will meet your expectations, or that it is fit for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law of your own country that cannot be limited by agreement.

Changes and endings

We may change these terms. If a change matters — to the price, to what you get, to what you may do — we will say so in the app before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will move. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new version.

You can stop at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting the app. We may discontinue TinyTunes, and if we do we will not take a payment for a period we do not intend to serve.
