The problem
The things worth saying to people rarely fit a greeting card. “The dishes are still in the sink”, “you got the job”, “I am sorry I was late again” — they are too small for a speech and too specific for anything you can buy.
Making a song of one is not hard any more, but every tool for it asks you to be a producer first: a prompt window, a stack of settings, a wait, and something that may or may not contain the thing you meant.
TinyTunes asks for the sentence and nothing else. The settings are there, all six of them, but every one has a sensible answer already chosen.
What it does
Built around four things.
Your words, sung
Type a line and the lyrics are written around it, with your line as the hook — so what comes back is recognisably the thing you said, not a song on a similar subject.
Or your lyrics, untouched
Already written something? Paste it in and it is sung word for word. Nothing is rewritten, nothing is “improved”.
Twelve genres, and the rest
Death metal, Gregorian chant, K-pop, sea shanty, opera and seven more, plus seven moods, a male or female voice, ten languages, and four lengths from a single chorus to twenty-four lines.
Yours to keep
The finished song downloads to your phone, where you can trim the intro off and send it anywhere. We keep no copy of the audio.
How it works
Where the processing happens.
There is no account and we never learn your name or your email. But this app cannot work on your phone alone: the line you type is sent to our server, to a language model that writes the lyrics, and to a music model that sings them. That is the trade, and the policy below says exactly what goes where.

Say it
Up to 300 characters of whatever you would have texted, or up to 1,000 characters of your own lyrics.

Choose the sound
Genre, mood, voice, language and length. Everything defaults to something that works, so you can skip all of it.

Wait about a minute
The words are written first and shown to you as they land. The music takes another thirty to ninety seconds; you can leave the screen and get a notification when it is ready.

Keep it or send it
The song lands on your phone. Trim the opening if the vocal starts late, then share the audio or just the lyrics.

Straight answers.
Is there a free tier?
No. Every song costs real money to make — a language model writes the lyrics and a music model renders the audio — so there is no version of this that is free to run. A subscription is needed to make a song.
How many songs do I get?
Ten a day, and 70 a week on the weekly plan or 300 a month on the monthly one. The daily limit resets at your own midnight, not ours.
Does the daily limit reset if I reinstall the app?
No. The count is kept against your App Store subscription rather than against the app on your phone, so deleting and reinstalling does not hand you a fresh ten.
Can I sing in my own language?
English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Russian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese, or leave it on Auto and whatever you type in is what it sings in.
Who owns the song?
You do, as far as we are concerned — we claim nothing in what you make. The music itself is generated by Mureka, whose own terms apply to it as well.
What happens to a song if I never open it?
The audio lives on Mureka's servers for thirty days and on your phone from the moment you first play it. If you never open a song and thirty days pass, the file is gone; the lyrics stay.
